The meetings were organized within the framework of the WEGO3 project and their main goal is for representatives of institutions and businesses together with the crisis centers to select a victim support measure to be tested within a period of 9 months.
On January 17 and 18, the partners from Bulgaria, Italy, Greece and France presented up-to-date information on the progress of the project activities, incl. information on the research conducted so far with AVCs, , workshops with labor market representatives and focus groups with women survivors of domestic violence.
On November 25 - the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, the director of the CSCD - Stanimira Hadjimitova, joined the online forum "Together for the Elimination of Violence against Women".
Last month, the Center for Sustainable Communities Development organized a series of meetings with representatives of regional employment services, labor offices, CITUB employees from all over the country, business companies and NGOs. The WEGO3 project and tools and policies for protection and support of victims of this type of violence were presented to the participants.
"Interaction between institutions in resolving cases of domestic violence" was the topic of the conference organized by the Faculty of Law of the University of Ruse "Angel Kanchev". It was held on November 26 in connection with the 16 days against violence against women.
