The event took place in the Raise Youth Regional Center this Saturday.During the event, the name, location and statutes of the cooperative were determined. Its "home" will be the village of Elov dol, Zemen municipality and it will provide tourist services, tour operator and other activities.
The name was adapted to the already created Travel Sofia West mobile tourist application, which can be downloaded by scanning the QR code. It was created within the framework of the RAISE Youth project specifically to serve young people from the Regional RAISE Youth Center who are motivated to develop tourism in the region.
Anton Petrov, Desislava Novakova and Antonina Krasteva will be members of the management board of the cooperative, and Rumyana Hristova, Zhenya Zhelyazkova and Vasilen Vassilev will be members of the control board.
Anton Petrov, who is the owner of the tavern "Praznitsi" in the village of Nepraznentsi, and also an agricultural producer, was elected Chairman.
A draft program for the development of the cooperative in the next one year, which is tailored to the individual activities of each of the founders, was approved.

The RAISE Youth project, implemented by the Center for Development of Sustainable Communities, covers over 500 young people aged between 18 and 29, living in the municipalities of Pernik, Breznik, Trun, Radomir, Zemen and Kovachevtsi, who are not currently involved. Within its framework, various trainings for career and personal development are passed, and the most active 20 participants will be provided with additional training and mentoring assistance to start their own business.
