Representatives of 18 countries working on 26 projects under the Norwegian Youth Employment Fund gathered in Brussels on 25 and 26 November. This meeting included beneficiaries from 15 countries, as well as the three donor countries - Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

The main purpose of the event was to present the achievements and discuss the challenges of motivational activity in working with NEETs, as well as how to look for representatives of this group, what are their common characteristics and how to work with young people who are not in education, employment or training.

Mrs. Stanimira Hadjimitova - Director of  Center for Sustainable Communities Development also took part in the exchange of good practices and experience. She and Mary Ann Rukavina from GTF (Initiative for Sustainable Growth) presented the consortium working on the RAISE Youth project.

Together with their partners, they have developed strategies on how to work with vulnerable groups and build competence in young people in relation to their employment.
