his became clear after a meeting of stakeholders, which took place in Breznik this Saturday.
It was attended by representatives of the Tourism Cooperative "Travel Sofia West" - - a brand new initiative of the Regional RAISE Youth Center, about which you can learn more here: https://cscd-bg.org/en/projects/project-raise-youth/tourist-cooperative-west-of-sofia-held-its-founding-meeting The cooperative is currently in the process of registration.
The speaker Elitsa Stoilova presented various successful practices in creating and working with chat bots abroad. It turns out that in Bulgaria this tool is still not widely used, although it is gaining more and more popularity.
In February, the Regional RAISE Youth Center will organize training on the development and use of a chat bot, which will benefit two teams with the following participants - Desislava Novakova, Zhenya Zhelyazkova, Alex Milchov, Alexander Varbev and Natalie Kirilova. Their trainer will again be Mrs. Stoilova - one of the pioneers in this field in Bulgaria.
Since the topic of the meeting was "City AI chatbot: from paper to smart tourism", it was quite natural that Konstantin Zankov, who has been working on the creation of a gamified route in the region for the past few months, got involved. The idea is extremely innovative and contains a number of components, which we will tell you about very soon.
The RAISE Youth project, implemented by the Center for Development of Sustainable Communities, covers over 500 young people aged between 18 and 29, living in the municipalities of Pernik, Breznik, Trun, Radomir, Zemen and Kovachevtsi, who are not currently involved. Within its framework, various trainings for career and personal development are passed, and the most active 20 participants will be provided with additional training and mentoring assistance to start their own business.
The RAISE Youth project is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment.
