VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Are you actively engaged in advocating for refugee rights in Bulgaria? Are you a refugee advocate or working in a refugee-led organization? Are you interested in deepening and broadening your knowledge and expertise in Bulgarian legal framework of asylum and integration? And interested to motivate other refugees to be active and give them a voice?

Refugees from 7 countries created a team to work with the institutions in Bulgaria

This became clear at a press conference on the "Partnership for Sustainable Refugee Inclusion” project, which was held this Tuesday at the BTA Press Club, as well as online with the presence of a number of journalists and representatives of numerous established non-governmental organizations.

Roadmap for working with institutions for sustainable integration of refugees in Bulgaria

What are the institutions and organizations that work with refugees in Bulgaria? How can citizens of third countries more easily navigate among the many units and directorates in our country? Who can refugees turn to when they want to learn Bulgarian, look for housing or find a job?

The trainings for the members of the Refugee Advocacy Board have been completed

They took place in March and May in the UNHCR building with trainers from the Bulgarian School of Politics "Dimitar Panitsa", representatives of the NGO sector and university professors.
